[Antennas] antenna paint

Hello Paul,
A loonnng time ago (60's I think) a QST article was ran that suggested a
type of camo paint so as to be neighbor friendly...It was sooooo good
that no matter what the sky condition, the paint adapted to the
background.  Of course it was an April edition...
