The 17m band is 100 kHz wide which is only a 0.55% bandwidth, compared to 
2.74% for the 2m band.  It should be a piece of cake to make a J-pole cover 
17m.

A center-fed vertical dipole for 17m using #14 wire is about 740 kHz wide 
at 1.5:1 (referenced to 75 ohms).  With 3/4 inch tubing, the bandwidth is 
over 1 MHz.
