 Most electric motor repair shops have non-PCB  "pump oil" or "transformer oil".

 And, a tip.... I regret trying to "cool" my last cantenna by placing it outside
in the snow bank to help cool it since it was low on oil and I was in a hurry.
The XYL heard the "whumpppp", and she didn't appreciate the oil spots on the
side of the house.
