As vertical sections are added, and the doughnut
becomes flatter (hence gain in the horizontal
plane), the phasing of the sections gets to be
critical because the relative phasing of the
sections will bend the doughnut up or down.
Worse case it could begin to be cone shaped.
Some comercial mountain top installations need
to bent down somewhat, and phasing is the way
it's done.  Bottom line:  If you build it your
self don't give up on the first try.
