[Antennas] what is the nomenclature for this kind of coax

I've seen them at hamfests.
A clear outer shield with a gold braid of course.
VERY flexible.
Usually found in short jumper lengths.

What kind of coax is this and it seems a bit small in diameter.
What's the power handling/loss etc.
