Well my reason for asking .. is my little burg of a city is re-doing our
Antenna ordnance, and the city attorney has included Citizen banders in the
same protective privileges accorded to Amateurs.. and frankly if possible I
don't want to see the CBrs ride our coat tails..
if any of you are experiencing permitting difficulties with your local
bozo's .. there was last month here in the great State of Texas one hell of
a federal court ruling that damn near puts amateur operators on a protected
species basis .. the case really helps clear up PRB-1 and it;s vagueness
toward height of antenna structures.. ..thanx for the read mac/mc
