10 feet on each end is not real great.  If you can get more, it would =
help. 40' at the apex is not bad and as one has said, his is lower.  The =
main thing to rememeber, keep the angle greater than 90 degrees if you =
can.  Less will result in some cancellation and not be very effective.

My 40M dipole was at 35 feet at the apex and about 30 on each end.  No =
problems.
