Save yourself the trouble of trying to listen to 930 kHz. Station WBAA on
920 kHz is my alma mater's radio station, Purdue University in W. Lafayette
IN.
I try to receive it from Dahlgren, VA, and there's just no way.
Directional antennas for the BC band are limited to those little ferrite rod
antennas that you usually find in a BC radio. Just turn the radio to null
out the interfering station(s). However, it doesn't do anything for a signal
that's just too weak.
