Dino,

  I used this type of dipole when I worked in ALgeria
a few years ago. I personally think it was pretty crummy, so I
took it down and put up fan dipoles for frequencies that we
were using.
  I always have favored parallel dipoles over any other type
of multi band antenna.
  I think there is a lot less compromise and they are cheap.
Just the cost of 1 feedline, the wire needed, and a few insulators.
  BTW,  I abandoned Earthlink instead of ARRL.net
