I belong to ARRl and can get online copies of articles, but I really do
like the original.
So, I have become pretty adept at removing the pages each month that I
might be interested in later and piling them up while throwing the
remainder in the recycle bin. My pile of QST pages is only about 3 to 4
inches high in 8 years, and that is manageable. However, I am a bit
shamefaced to say that I have referred to this pile only about 6 times,
but I did like having the original article in my pile when I wanted it
after locating it online at arrl.net via keywords, etc., you know?
a. Of course this works best when articles are in succeeding pages, as in
the QST publication and World Radio, the only two I take at the present
time.
b. I also try to remember to tear out the "corrections" page in each
issue, too.
