Dear Hue,

Another aspect that you want to consider when adding a section of balanced
line made up of a coax pair is that for a short run (say less than 1/16
wavelength), the impedance transformation brought about by the different
characteristic impedance of the coax section is likely to be trivial.
Furthermore, whatever transformation there is may well be in your favor as
much as it might be working against you. (You get 50-50 odds)

In other words, I wouldn't worry about it unless you find your tuner cannot
match it.
