[Antennas] Just what is it for???

I have come into possession of a  "DR Antenna positioner, Model PS4000". 
(maybe PS=Power Supply) It is a black box with an output of +5, Pulse, 
GND, SH,  M1 and M2 on a barrier strip.  It also has an output plug (DIN 
type) "TO CU4000"  (maybe CU=control unit).  Is there anything I can use 
it for ...maybe make a new control unit.... maybe just use it for a +5 
supply.  I am putting up a Spider beam and will be needing a rotor if it 
might be usable in that context.

Any ideas, comments??
