I think your first goal is to identify the cable you have if that's what
you intend to use.

If you plan to use a 1/4 wave Inverted-L, plan on about 30+j0 Ohms.  If
you go with a 3/8 wave, plan on adding a series capacitor of about 200
pF to get you to 50+j0 Ohms.
