Michael, if you are attempting to resolve a TVI problem then you may
have no choice except to pursue this.  However, if your goal is simply
to get your swr down from 1.4 to 1.2 then I assure you, you are wasting
your time.  To begin with I submit that the difference between 1.4 and
1.2 is within measurement error of most amateur equipment.  Even if
these measurements are accurate neither you nor your equipment will ever
know the difference.
