[Antennas] Rotatable Dipole

Hi guys, I want to construct a rotatable dipole for 10, 15 and 20 meters
to mount at the top of my antenna stack.  I have already built a
buddipole, and suspect the design will be something along that line, but
I could use your suggestions and comments
