[Antennas] New Pac-12

Today I built a Pac-12 with 5 coils.  Tomorrow I will build the last 2 coils
and assemble the radials and then it will be time to tune it with my
MFJ-259B before I fire it up with my FT-817.  It went together fine and no
problems were encountered.  How high should the feedpoint be?  I will be
using it at the beach where I can either plant it in the sand or mount it on
some sort of base on the patio.  Which would be best?
