[Antennas] The "Perfect" Dipole

Look on page 67 of the June 2001 issue of QST. "The Arkansas Catfish
Dipole"
What it was essentially, was a pair of telescoping fiberglass fishing
poles strapped to a center support with two sections of #14 Enameled wire
strapped to the poles. It was to be a rotatable dipole for 20 Meters.
