Kees, I haven't heard of any rotatable wire dipoles (doesn't mean=
 there 
aren't any!) but a technique I may try this summer is two=
 identical wire 
dipoles mounted at right angles to one another and fed with=
 separate 
feedlines. An antenna switch lets you pick the one with the best=
 signal for 
the station you're working. I first heard W5YR describe doing=
 this.
