[Antennas] Stubborn mag mounts

Do you guys have any suggestions for safely and effectively removing a =
tri or quad mag mount from the roof of a van?  It's hard to get above it =
and get leverage. I must be getting weaker in strength and stronger in =
only smell as I get older.=20
