[Antennas] Windom Advice

Hi
Wonder if anyone can give some advice?  I wish to put up a Windom for =
80-10m, it will roughly run from NW to SE.  I am in the West of Northern =
Ireland.  I wonder which is the best position for the short and long =
legs, for all round coverage?  or does it matter at all?  It will be =
about 15m above ground level, should this give me enough height for =
coverage to USA/Canada/Australia/Japan?  Bear in mind I can only run 10W =
at present.  Look forward to any comments on or off list.
