[Antennas] should I buy or build a dipole?

Here is my situation. I have a a HF rig [ft-301] that has 10, 15, 20, 40M on 
it. Have a tuner [mfj-941d] Now I need a dipole antenna for a restricted 
space on the roof top, plus I don't want to attract to much attention.
So the question is. Should I build one [such as a trap version] or should I 
buy one like a G5RV-JR?
