[Antennas] Help me build a dummy load

I believe one of the QUALITIES of a dummy load is that it does not radiate
an RF signal. Containment of RF in the Cantenna Dummy Load is as close to
perfect as one can get, and the previous suggestion of a resister of the
correct ohmage and power handling capabilities, suspended in mineral oil and
contained in a paint can makes good sense. Note that the lid of this dummy
has a vent in it, and the coax enters the lid with a good seal, albeit both
for a good reasons.
Any dummy load that allows a signal to radiate, in my humble opinion, should
be illegal.
