Jim, not a direct answer, but--
The A3S and the A4S are very similar, and the A4S is just a late model of 
the ATB34, which I have. I have compared them in seeking a source of 
substitute parts. Most of the differences were in making and assembling 
parts, in order to save money. One of the savings was in having the 
customer furnish his own choke (customer expense) instead of furnishing a 
Balun (CC expense) Apparently CC thinks a choke (Made of Coax) is an 
adequate substitute for a Balun.
