 Yes, and that is the beauty of using only multiples of
1/2 wave of ladder line feed.  The losses off resonance
are minimized.  By the way, the 1/2 wave feed line
presents a very credible feedpoint impedance on the 40
meter band because the feedline is 1/4 wave on 40m.
