[Antennas] Some thoughts on baluns

T+ users can operate on a small portion of 80M (CW only), 40M (CW only), 15M
(CW only) , and 10M (CW/RTTY/Data and Phone).

The FCC created a problem when they stop posting the "+" on their license
file - now making it impossible to distinguish between Tech and Tech plus on
the license file system.  Techs who pass the 5wpm need to keep the
certificate and show it in order to be eligible for higher license levels.
The FCC relies on the VEC to verify the code test....

Loosing the certificate may mean having to take the code test again.....

Many folks who passed the code tests years ago (even at 13wpm), would sweat
reading 100% accuracy for 1 minute on the 5wpm test....
