You may want to consider attaching the second Horizontal leg at the top
instead of twp vertical sections to add to the top hat.  If it is easier
to run the full second wire, consider connecting both verticals together
to give you a fatter radiator.  Running the two verticals side-by-side
could give you a transmission line effect and you end up with a bent
dipole with your horizontal legs.
