[Antennas] Removing the inner from coax.

A real off-the wall idea.

What would happen if you applied a little current to the inner wire while under a 
pulling stress?  Would the current heat up the wire enough to release it from the 
insulation plastic or what?  Then when it moves a little shut off the current and run 
with the inner wire to pull it out of the plastic which is held firm.

As I said an off the wall thought.
