[Antennas] Removing the inner from coax.

Try boiling it in a large pot.  I have used my turkey roaster pot on the
high output burner that came with it.
However, I must admit it was not on the exact same material to produce
the same end product.  I have never found the need to preform this exact
operation for just the dielectric!
