Hi Hart,
No, a light bulb is not suitable for use as a dummy load, as its resistance
is not constant.
Tungsten-filament incandescent lamps exhibit a very-high positive
temperature coefficient of resistance, with the cold filament
resistance being approximately 10% of the hot filament resistance.

You should be able to locate a used Heathkit Cantenna (or equivalent) on the
swap lists, or you can build up a dummy load out of carbon-film or
metal-oxide (not wire-wound) resistors in parallel.
