[Antennas] Fw: Toroids - what kind - turns?

I am planning to install a wire antenna in my attic - since Condo rules =
prevent an outside antenna. The antenna will use 12 v relays to alter =
the antenna length to accommodate various bands. I intend to use =
standard drop cord for the 12 volts required to operate the relays. A =
maximum of 200 watts will be the output of the transmitter.
Now the question. Since the control line for the relays will be close to =
the antenna it will of course receive a blast of RF which would then be =
seen at the rig control point, the 12 V spower supply and who knows =
where else. It appears to me that toroids or beads would largely =
eliminate this problem.
So the question really is - what size of toroid(s)- how many turns and =
what material would be best to cover from 4 to 30 Mhz? The same general =
questions apply to beads.
Thanks for you thoughts,
