[Antennas] Moible Noise Site

Hey Gang, last week there was an e-mail on the reflector referring people
a site about curing Mobile Noise and the site began with the call sign of
W8 or K8. Does any one have that handy?, my buddy with a new Dodge truck
and a 706 MKllG is having troubles and I told him I'd try to find site
for him. I thought I book marked it but can't find it know,,,any one got
it handy? Thanks Mac
