[Antennas] Cushcraft R7 tuning

	Can anyone give me a hint on tuning the R-7.  I bought a used
one
	and the adjustments that the previous owner had used were way
off 
	for my location.  Then I connected a ground and everything
changed
	again.  Low SWR is on the lower freqs and 40 meters tunes around

	7.070 mhz, twenty tunes at 14.100, seventeen tunes at the low
end of   	eighteen, 15 meters tunes at the low end of fifteen. Ten
and twelve 	meters seem to be OK.  Does one actually move the
capacitance rods 	in and out?  I tried that on 10 just for
grins and couldn't move 	it.  

	I might eventually figure this out but thought someone out there
had
	a similar experience.
