I agree with all the other (dipole + tuner) responses.  I have a similar
lot, except my house is near the street, so it's easier for me to end
feed a wire (MFJ tuner).  If you are using a dipole, get the center up as
high as you can.  The ends can slope without serious degradation to your
signal.  I am assuming that you don't have utility wires across your lot;
stringing an antenna wire over them is not only hazardous but illegal
according to the electrical codes.  You might also consider an all-band
vertical (Hy-Gain, Butternut, etc.) with suitable radials, if you are
interested in DX, as the low radiation angle will give you superior
coverage.
