Hi Chris
The manual does not give the tophat dimensions and I measured it from the
tip of the spoke to the center of the hole as 255 mm.
I replaced my tophat with a large stainless steel washer with three
stainless steel spokes welded to it at 120 degrees separation. I used thin
spokes to not add additional weight to the original design and used the 255
mm dimensions, from the tip of the spoke to the center of the washer hole.
