[Antennas] inverted L question

I want to use my Inverted L on 160 and also 80.
It seems to be quite resonant on 160 as it is.
But 80 requires a tuner.

So if I run one short piece of coax out the wall the 4 feet to the antenna
base and use it with a coax switch for 160...
can I...
put another piece of coax on the switch and connect that to a coil/cap
matching unit?
The two coaxes, one direct and other to antenna base matching system would
be in parallel.

This way I wouldn't have to go outside to switch clip leads.
