I can send you a copy of my 6BTV vertical manual.  The 6BTV is a 5BTV with 
an extra section for 30 meters and a short stub and coil for 80; I'm not 
sure which made it the "6" vice "5".  You can just ignore the stuff on the 
bands you don't have.  Send my your mail address.
