[Antennas] help

Ihave a Mosley antenna in 4 pieces.
Boom is 14' 1 1/2"
1st element is 23' 10"
2nd element is 25' 10"
3rd element (radiator ???) 27' 1 1/2" 

What mode is this and what is the spacing ???Mosely web site is useless.Thank you.
