[Antennas] Guy wire insulator spacing.

I thought the ARRL Handbook or Antenna Book had Guy Wire Insulator schemes
in them at one point? do they still? In any event just make sure none of
the sections are resonant at your operating frequencies and insert
insulators as needed to do so. It has GOT to be cheaper than Phillystran!
