Hello,
You can get all the cores and wire for any size balun
at http://www.bytemark.com/
What you want is Thermaleze insulated wire, it's very
high temp and voltage - amazing stuff and they sell it
by the foot in any quantity in many sizes. I use 10AWG
for my high power baluns, it's fabulous. Look at their
PN "AB240-KIT", it's the core and the 14AWG wire in
kit form for the SAME PRICE as the core alone. What a
deal!
One warning, the insulation won't strip-off when you
solder, you must really strip the insulation off very
well until you get shiny bright copper underneath or
the solder won't take. If it doesn't take, just strip
it harder with a knife, you haven't damaged anything.
I'm not associated with them except I've probably
purchased $500 worth of cores, wire and teflon tape
from them in the past two years and I'm a happy
camper.
The technical information listed is invaluable, I read
it and my brain swelled way up.
73, Steve N4SL
