13-foot elements? Sounds just a bit .. well .. a lot more than a bit .. SHORT ! With elements that short, you'd fine it won't have much bandwidth ..maybe 10 kHz ?? .. and the feedpoint impedance would be TOUCHY .. very! If you use 13-foot HALF-elements, you'll improve the bandwidth AND the feedpoint impedance. Don N8DE
