A Google search will turn up several hits on the subject.  One of these is 
http://www.aladdin3in1.com/ which says "Stainless Steel can be easily 
soldered with Aladdin's #450 Soft Silver Solder and Aladdin's #3 Soft 
Soldering Flux."

A good place to ask this question is the group 
rec.crafts.metalworking.  I'm sure you'll get answers there.
