[Antennas] MP-1 in a balcony

Hi

I am using a MP-1 in the iron made balcony of my apartment and the 
performance of the antenna is not very good, I have tried several things 
related to the radials in order to increase the performance but ... not 
successful. I have used the antenna in a hotel close to the see and it 
worked really fine (just with the out-of-the-box radials that came with the 
antenna).

Any tips? Anyone has been using the antenna in a balcony? if so, any 
special consideration? I have isolated the antenna from the balcony but no 
better improvements have been observed.
