Subject: Brain Damage.

A 102" whip, 8.5', not quite 9' (1+1=3?) will work fine with the SGC 237.
Been a long week playing with numbers...

I did try mine with the stated 9' exactly, made a six inch rod and added it
to the base.  Didn't do a thing for it electrically.  Didn't tune worth a
damn.

A neat trick though, claim your device REQUIRES 9', not the 8'6" CB antennas
then sell one for a few hunded bucks...
