[Antennas] SGC-237 needs a 9 ft whip

You can always go to Academy Sports and pick up a Shakespeare telescoping 
fishing rod.  You can either run a wire inside the tube and replace the last 
section with a metal whip, or you can spiral the wire around the outside of 
the tube.  As I recall, they come in 10', 11' and 13' lengths, any one of 
which will work great with your tuner.  They are so lightweight that they 
only require lightweight mounting hardware.
