[Antennas] Mobile Antenna Height

Does anyone know what is the maximum height you can have for a mobile =
antenna?  I just purchased a Hamstick at the Rochester Ham Fest and =
question if I have exceeded a safe height.

What about interstate bridges here in the states?  Is there a minimum =
height of the bridge structure to allow safe passage of large trucks and =
RVs?
