[Antennas] Balanced Tuners

In my opinion, the best 'balanced tuner' is a parallel-tuned circuit for
the desired band/frequency with a link input and two equally-spaced taps
on the coil for the feeders. Used one like this for 160 meters for over
20 years with much success .. a B&W swinging-link with plug-in coil and
a 'jack-bar'.
