[Antennas] SBUD antenna transformer for 160

Quite a while ago, I bought a "SBUD 160 transformer." It is constructed =
out of PVC, about the size of a toilet bowl float, and you plug your =
coax into it, and connect the bottom to a ground rod and run up and then =
horizontal 120-30 feet of wire.  It is supposed to help out with the 160 =
meter inverted L antenna system.  Anyone heard of it? =20
