[Antennas] Force 12 Sigma SV5

Has anyone had any experience with this antenna?  Its a 11ft Vertical =
Dipole with an "isolated" TV antenna mounted at the top.=20

For those that have CC&Rs that prohibit antennas, Force 12 advises that =
"the design was done to offer hams an antenna that can be seen as a TV =
antenna under FCC regulations as the antenna is less than 12ft in =
height".

I'm currently using a ground mounted screwdriver with 40 radials and =
looking to improve my antenna system discretely as I live in one of =
those CC&R restricted communities.  BTY I do have a TV antenna atop a =
17ft Rohn 25 tower that I installed under PRB-1 rules.  Possibly I could =
put up the SV5 in its place.  I would risk doing this if it would be an =
improvement.
