[Antennas] MFJ Triple-Mag Mount

Anyone here dealt with MFJ lately?  Quality control has always 
seemed to be their weak point but now it seems they are adding 
poor customer support.

I ordered two three-magnet roof mobile mounts and their web 
page reset quantity to one.  I E-mail a correction but it was 
ignored and one sent.

What they sent was wrong, SO-239 instead of 3/8 threaded.

I E-mailed for a solution, it was ignored.

I phoned and was assured that a replacement would be mailed 
immediately and that a shipping package for the return of the 
incorrect item would be shipped as well.

Three weeks later ... nada!

Meanwhile MFJ shoddy quality has reared its ugly head -- one 
of the chromed magnets has a huge patch of rust.

Anyone here know anyone at MFJ and can get them to do the 
right thing, please?  I am very busy during business hours and 
really do not have the time to call them over and over.
