The referenced article states it is a 'high resistance' material
intended for melting snow by I^2R heating.
Mr. Arnott is wrong in his assertion. I suspect he does not understand
lightning currents with peaks of 100,000 amperes and continuing currents
of 500 to 1000 amperes for hundreds of milliseconds.
I hear an explosion coming !
